Van selling checklist

We will require the following information from you before we can submit payment:

• Copy of any Finance settlement paperwork (if applicable) BEFORE the collection date
• V5 logbook
• Photo evidence of 2 keys
• Evidence of service history
• Form of photo ID – driving licence or passport
• Utility bill
• Bank details
  • Full name on account
  • Sort Code
  • Account Number
  • Name of bank
• A self-billing invoice, if VAT is applicable
• Confirmation from your accountant that this is an asset of the business and they approve the sale (if applicable)
